Kathryn Kittler , PT

Kathryn graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Illinois at Chicago. Kathryn enjoys working with all different types of patients and has an interest in lumbar & cervical spine injuries. Holly Boersma, ATC

Holly graduated with honors from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. She is a certified and licensed athletic trainer as well as a certified personal trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. Holly specializes in treating orthopedic injuries and return-to-sport rehab. She regularly participates in continuing education in her field. Jill Kaspar, MPT

Jill received her Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Marquette University in 1999. Jill works with patients of all ages and specializes in orthopedic, neurological and spinal cord injuries. Jill has been nationally recognized for her contribution to her profession and has served on the planning committee for the Spinal Cord Injury Association’s 2003 National Convention in Chicago. Mikki Bitten, PTA

Mikki graduated from Morton College’s Physical Therapist Assistant program in 1996 earning her Associate degree in Applied Science. She was a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honors society and was named a student Lauriat of the Lincoln Academy. She has a wide variety of experience in the field working with children and adults in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. Some of her professional continuing education courses include:

Diane Fornek, PTA

Diane Fornek graduated with high honors from the College of DuPage and received her degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in 2003 and earned a second degree as a Registered Health Information Tech. She holds her license and certification in both fields.

Her areas of interest are adult outpatient rehabilitation, orthopedics and pediatric rehabilitation.
